Welcome Message
URSI Regional Conference on Radio Science (RCRS) is a biennial flagship conference of the Indian Radio Science Society (InRaSS) and covers the broad research areas of URSI's Ten Scientific Commissions. This year 7th URSI-RCRS is being organized by Indian Institute of Geomagnetism (IIG). The conference is scheduled to take place at IIG, HQs New Panvel from 17 to 20 November 2026.

Note
All the presented paper will have opportunity to publish papers in IEEE Xplore following due peer-review processes. In addition, there will be special programmes for URSI young scientists award (YSA) and a student paper competition (SPC) for graduate students.
