To study the equatorial plasma irregularities or equatorial plasma bubbles (EPBs) using ground and space-based observations and modeling, understanding the onset and seeding conditions necessary for the generation of equatorial plasma irregularities and to investigate the prediction of ionospheric plasma irregularities and its plasma instability mechanisms using predictive models.
