9 September 2022 : Dr. Anil Iype, Mr. Sheikbareeth and the contractual employees of  Pondicherry observatory participated in the " Swachh Sagar, Surakshit Sagar" campaign by collecting the trash and discarded non degradable debris from Auroville beach.
